Selections + Procurement

As we begin selections work, our goal is to reflect the impulses and insights you’ve shared with us during the inspiration session. We pull finishes from our own extensive sample library, and utilize our go-to vendors to round out your unique design. The preliminary design comes together by using concept boards, physical samples, layouts, and 3D renderings.

Once all approvals are given and a construction agreement is signed, we procure the furniture, fixtures, and materials to ensure that everything looks cohesive and fits properly. We will create and track all purchases, and work closely with our suppliers and tradespeople to engineer and calculate needed materials for your project. We carefully time the delivery to the jobsite in coordination with your construction schedule.
