Neighbors, Inc is a nonprofit organization located in South St. Paul MN, providing emergency assistance and supportive assistance programs to low-income community members in the northern Dakota County communities of Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Mendota, Sunfish Lake and Lilydale.

In anticipation of their 50th anniversary, Neighbors set out to transform their front office space into the home of their new Financial Empowerment Center — a space designed to provide a calm and dignifying environment for their constituents. The new center provides educational resources to women and men experiencing poverty or financial crisis.
