Partnering with a private investor, we took a well-loved 1950’s rambler in St. Louis Park and gave it a top-to-bottom overhaul.

We converted a main floor bedroom to a dining room, opened up the stairway walls to provide an open floorplan between the kitchen, living and dining areas. Then we relocated structural posts in the lower level to allow for a larger family room for entertaining, plus added two bedrooms, a second bathroom, and finished laundry room.
