Design Consultation + Project Estimate
After our initial phone call, we will schedule a time for a site visit, where we will walk through your property and discuss your ideas for the space. A successful project starts with clear communication to ensure your needs are met. This consultation will include an overview of the existing spaces, your goals for the project, a rough timeline, and your estimated budget.
Based on our consultation, we will prepare a project estimate that will outline the project scope and estimated costs and design fees. Many homeowners view this estimate as a valuable roadmap and budgeting tool for the various future projects they would like to tackle, whether or not it all fits in the scope today.
After reviewing the initial estimate, we can advise you on how to phase out the work and how to best leverage your budget to achieve your vision.
