Job Title: Site Supervisor

Overview: As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential remodeling and construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.

   • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

   • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

   • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.

2. Team Supervision and Coordination:

   • Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and deadlines.

   • Provide leadership and direction to on-site construction teams, including laborers and tradespeople.

   • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment among team members.

   • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.

3. Quality Control and Safety:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred), or equivalent general contracting experience

• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential construction management or supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Proficiency in project management software such as JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar, and an Apple/iCloud ecosystem.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
